LIABILITY

Lorna Jane Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. Lorna Jane Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (eg. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). We will make all reasonable effort to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the order and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.
 

PRICING POLICY

At Lorna Jane we love to offer our great products at great prices. The savings on our sale prices is compared against our original full retail price that is applied to our product when it was first introduced. It is our reference price for you to compare price savings.  As our sale prices can change from time to time, this means when a sale ends, the price may revert back to another sale price as opposed to the original full price. We always stipulate the savings on all sales from our original full retail price. This means the full retail price might not be the price that was offered before the current sale price.  Products may also have been on sale for longer than the period at the previous price.  
 
Crossed out price is the original full price. It may not be the price offered immediately before as previous markdowns may have applied. Markdowns may continue for longer than the previous price.
 

CURRENCY USED

The nominated currency used for all transactions on www.lornajane.sg is Singapore Dollars (SGD$) and all prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax. As all goods ordered on www.lornajane.sg are exported, please note you may be liable for duties and taxes that apply in your destination country. Lorna Jane will pay import taxes on orders over the value of $400SGD with delivery address in Singapore.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Lorna Jane ships to most destinations around the world via DHL. If you can select your address at checkout, we can deliver to you! If your address can not be entered please provide alternative address details.

You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 business days of dispatch. Please note, DHL are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, so when placing your order please provide a physical postal address.

We recommend international customers check with their countries customs office prior to ordering, with regards to understanding importing costs that may be liable at your destination country.Our international shipping charge is $16.95 flat rate for for all countries except for the below countries:

Hong Kong China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand - $20

Canada, Macau, Philippines, South Africa and Vietnam - $30

Brunei Darussalam, India and United Arab Emirates - $35

Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Maldives, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, South Korea and Sri Lanka - $50

Armenia and Israel - $55

Ukraine - $95

Please note, this is a flat ‘shipping only’ rate for all countries. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please note we no longer ship to Mainland China. If you have a delivery address located within Mainland China you can shop via TMALL.

 

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 5 - 10 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund. To ensure the fastest dispatch and delivery, please use English characters only when completing your order address details.
 

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Lorna Jane, as soon as possible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

Our social media pages are a place of inspiration and encouragement for women all around the world, to live their best lives through Active Living. While we do our very best to read and respond to as many comments as possible, please understand at times this may not be the case. If your enquiry is urgent or if you would like to discuss a matter further, please contact our Customer Care team via our Live Chat support and they will be able to assist.
If you tag any images with any of our brand social media handles,(@lornajaneactive and @ljclarkson) you are voluntarily submitting the content and give Lorna Jane the unrestricted right to use, in any capacity without limitation and compensation.
Lorna Jane, in its complete discretion, reserves the right to remove posts it considered offensive, irrelevant, hurtful or spam. Promotion for commercial services will be removed unless prior permission has been received, is an official Lorna Jane partner or is a non profit organization aligned with the values of Lorna Jane.
 

FIRST WEAR TERMS & CONDITIONS

To minimise skin to garment contact, where possible each piece you order will be delivered in our sealed eco-garment bags. Please note our First Wear Initiative does not apply to styles that are in our Sale or Warehouse Sale categories. In regards to returns and exchanges, these are thoroughly assessed and any saleable pieces are placed in a clear sealed bag with no marketing message on it to clearly differentiate from First Wear pieces.
 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Lorna Jane reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Lorna Jane will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
 

REVIEWS

Lorna Jane promotes a positive platform in order to support and empower our Active Living Community. We publish product reviews on www.lornajane.sg that assist other women make informed selections on product that are constructive in feedback. PAYMENT OPTIONS

GIFT CARDS

Lorna Jane Gift Cards are available for purchase on www.lornajane.sg in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order). Digital Lorna Jane gift cards are valid for use on www.lornajane.sg only. Lorna Jane gift cards cannot be redeemed at portable Lorna Jane events, including warehouse sales.

 

Gift Cards are treated by Lorna Jane as a financial instrument for payment for goods and services and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry standard practices.  This means that Lorna Jane Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts.  

Lorna Jane Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore:

-They do not include GST;

-They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts.

Lorna Jane Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, which is noted by an expiry date on the card. Gift Card purchase amounts are not pre-defined and as the customer you are entitled to choose the amount you wish to spend. Amounts deposited on to a Lorna Jane gift card via www.lornajane.sg are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and can only be redeemed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

Lorna Jane cannot accept cancellations on Gift Cards once payment has been processed. 

Gift Cards are not refundable (in part or in full or amount paid) or redeemable for cash.
