Orders with a Singapore delivery address are sent via Australia Post International & DHL for a charge of $16.95 per parcel. You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Lorna Jane will pay import taxes on orders over $400.00 SGD with a delivery address in Singapore.


All orders with a delivery location outside of Singapore will be sent via Australia Post or DHL. You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.

Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import or export liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country for delivery and returns. Should these liabilities be refused, your parcel may be destroyed, and no refund will be provided. Should these liabilities be refused, and your parcel returned to Lorna Jane, all return shipping costs will be borne by you and deducted from your refund value. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties, taxes or returns shipping that may apply in the destination country. We no longer ship to Mainland China. If you have a delivery address located within Mainland China, you can shop via TMALL.



Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk and title pl-0 in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.


Lorna Jane uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post or DHL couriers. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.


Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.
