We’re big fans of overnight oats for breakfast. Easy to make and you can use lots of different ingredients to make a variety of yummy flavours. Plus, they’re also filling, nutritious and good for your brain, gut, heart and muscles.

Maple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats are an ideal way to start the day. Easy to prep in advance (and in bulk!), filling, low GI and delicious – what more could you want?

Add your favourite toppings to mix it up.



Serves: 1

Prep Time: 3 Minutes

Total Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon


Method:

  1. Mix in jar and leave overnight.
  2. Warm in saucepan for 2 minutes to make your delicious porridge.
  3. Garnish with your favourite toppings.
  4. In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients: the flour, cinnamon, chia seeds, baking powder and bi-carb.
