As the weather warms up, working out in the heat and humidity can be more of a challenge, particularly when you’re not equipped with the right activewear pieces to keep you cool and supported. When summer kicks into full swing, we are often rocking an activewear set combo of a sports bra and bike shorts, as it gets far too hot to wear multiple layers.
